Drop us an email with a rough idea of your estimated group size, dates, accommodation preference and an idea of your group ability level. We will work with you on a customised MTB holiday. We can also send out DVD and promotional material to your members.

How we can help your MTB Group Booking

If you are a group of bikers and you want to put together a MTB holiday with us then we can help you by taking on the organisation and co-ordination of the holiday for you.

As an incentive we offer the group leader a free place (based on a minimum group size of 8-12) or you can spread the saving with a 10% discount to all the group members.

Individual Bookings

We noramlly do not organise tours for groups of less than 4 people but we try to accommodate individuals and couples who wish to join another organised tour. If you would like to join another tour please register an interest with us and we will try and fit you in if we can.

Alpine hotels and apartments, hand picked by Italiansafaris

All our hotel based bike safaris include accommodation in 3* and 4* hotels, mountain Inns and remote mountain rifugio (by request). We work with hand picked alpine hotels. Each hotel is carefully researched and chosen by us for there alpine charm, luxury, comfort, cuisine and facilities as well as the convenience of the location for our itinerary. We also offer luxury upgrades to some of the regions finest 4* luxury hotels with extensive private spa facilities.

We also have a selection of high quality, self catering apartments, hand picked by Italiansafaris and available to suit most group sizes. Our self catering package includes all of the aspects of our fully supported hotel based tours.

We customise each tour and the final price will reflect the number, type of accommodation, dates and itinerary. The below prices are meant as a guide only and are based on a group size of 8 riders/7 days/mid season/6 days guided riding with full MTB support/trailhead transfers/guides/mechanical support/customised itinerary/local taxes.

Not included in our prices - insurance, cable car uplifts if needed, bike rental, drinks, lunches. Airport transfers to Milan or Zurich are available at cost price per group and are payable locally.

Flights from the UK

Livigno is well situated to take advantage of low cost airfares to Milan (Bergamo Malpensa and Linate), and Zurich.For safaris based in Cortina consider flights to Brescia and Verona as well as scheduled flights to Innsbruck.

Flights from international destinations

Most international carriers fly direct to Milan from most European cities or consider Zurich as a second option.

Driving from the UK

Time from Boulogne/Calais is about 10-12 hrs / approx.700mls (with half price fuel in Luxembourg and Livigno).The roads around the Alta Rezia are some of the most spectacular in Europe, including the mighty Stelvio pass. We can supply you with a route map and advice on this option - just call us.

Car hire

Rental cars are readily available in Bergamo from most main international rental companies.
